SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 1
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Keeping Violent Of-2
fenders Off Our Streets Act’’. 3
SEC. 2. FRAUD IN CONNECTION WITH POSTING BAIL. 4
Section 1033(f)(1)(A) of title 18, United States Code, 5
is amended by inserting before the comma the following: 6
‘‘(including the posting of monetary bail, criminal bail 7
bonds, and Federal immigration bail bonds)’’. 8
