8 | 8 | | (H.R. 4366) making appropriations for military construction, |
---|
9 | 9 | | the Department of Veterans Affairs, and related agencies for |

10 | 10 | | the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024, and for other pur- |
---|
11 | 11 | | poses. The first reading of the bill shall be dispensed with. |
