3535 Resolved, That at any time after adoption of this reso-1
3636 lution the Speaker may, pursuant to clause 2(b) of rule 2
3737 XVIII, declare the House resolved into the Committee of 3
3838 the Whole House on the state of the Union for consider-4
3939 ation of the bill (H.R. 1130) to repeal restrictions on the 5
4040 export and import of natural gas. The first reading of the 6
4141 bill shall be dispensed with. All points of order against 7
4242 consideration of the bill are waived. General debate shall 8
4343 be confined to the bill and shall not exceed one hour equal-9
4444 ly divided and controlled by the chair and ranking minor-10
4545 ity member of the Committee on Energy and Commerce 11
4646 or their respective designees. After general debate the bill 12
4747 shall be considered for amendment under the five-minute 13
4848 rule. The amendment in the nature of a substitute rec-14
4949 ommended by the Committee on Energy and Commerce 15
5050 now printed in the bill shall be considered as adopted in 16
5151 the House and in the Committee of the Whole. The bill, 17
5252 as amended, shall be considered as the original bill for 18
