22	22	Providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 1130) to repeal
23	23	restrictions on the export and import of natural gas;
24	24	providing for consideration of the resolution (H. Res.
25	25	684) condemning the actions of Governor of New Mexico,
26	26	Michelle Lujan Grisham, for subverting the Second
27	27	Amendment to the Constitution and depriving the citi-
28	28	zens of New Mexico of their right to bear arms; and
29	29	providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 5525) mak-

35	35	Resolved, That at any time after adoption of this reso-1
36	36	lution the Speaker may, pursuant to clause 2(b) of rule 2
37	37	XVIII, declare the House resolved into the Committee of 3
38	38	the Whole House on the state of the Union for consider-4
39	39	ation of the bill (H.R. 1130) to repeal restrictions on the 5
40	40	export and import of natural gas. The first reading of the 6
41	41	bill shall be dispensed with. All points of order against 7
42	42	consideration of the bill are waived. General debate shall 8
43	43	be confined to the bill and shall not exceed one hour equal-9
44	44	ly divided and controlled by the chair and ranking minor-10
45	45	ity member of the Committee on Energy and Commerce 11
46	46	or their respective designees. After general debate the bill 12
47	47	shall be considered for amendment under the five-minute 13
48	48	rule. The amendment in the nature of a substitute rec-14
49	49	ommended by the Committee on Energy and Commerce 15
50	50	now printed in the bill shall be considered as adopted in 16
51	51	the House and in the Committee of the Whole. The bill, 17
52	52	as amended, shall be considered as the original bill for 18
53	53	the purpose of further amendment under the five-minute 19
54	54	rule and shall be considered as read. All points of order 20
55	55	against provisions in the bill, as amended, are waived. No 21
56	56	further amendment to the bill, as amended, shall be in 22
57	57	order except those printed in the report of the Committee 23
58	58	on Rules accompanying this resolution. Each such further 24
