103-Subject to subsection (c) and any terms and conditions the 14
104-Secretary considers appropriate, the Foundation may es-15
105-tablish and maintain a memorial within the boundaries of 16
106-Fire Island National Seashore to honor the residents of Fire 17
107-Island who died of AIDS, to be known as the ‘‘Fire Island 18
108-AIDS Memorial’’. 19

46+The Foundation may establish and maintain a memorial 16
47+at Fire Island National Seashore to honor the residents 17
