11	31		SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 1
12	32		This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Disclosing Foreign In-2
13	33		fluence in Lobbying Act’’. 3
14	34		SEC. 2. CLARIFICATION OF CONTENTS OF REGISTRATION. 4
15	35		Section 4(b) of the Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995 5
16	36		(2 U.S.C. 1603(b)) is amended— 6
17	37		(1) in paragraph (6), by striking ‘‘and’’ at the 7
18	38		end; and 8
19	39		(2) in paragraph (7), by striking ‘‘the offense.’’ 9
20	40		and inserting the following: ‘‘the offense; and 10
21	41		‘‘(8) notwithstanding paragraph (4), the name 11
22	42		and address of each government of a foreign country 12
23		-	(including any agency or subdivision of a govern-13
24		-	ment of a foreign country, such as a regional or mu-14
25		-	nicipal unit of government) and foreign political 15
26		-	party, other than the client, that participates in the 16
27		-	direction, planning, supervision, or control of any 17
28		-	lobbying activities of the registrant.’’. 18
