That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the De-1
partment of Justice and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, 2
Firearms and Explosives relating to ‘‘Factoring Criteria 3
for Firearms With Attached ‘Stabilizing Braces’’’ (88 4
Fed. Reg. 6478 (January 31, 2023)), and such rule shall 5
have no force or effect. 6
