Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives1
of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the De-3
partment of the Army, Corps of Engineers, Department 4
of Defense and the Environmental Protection Agency re-5
lating to ‘‘Revised Definition of ‘Waters of the United 6
States’’’ (88 Fed. Reg. 3004 (January 18, 2023)), and 7
such rule shall have no force or effect. 8
