44 | 44 | | quest, including any request that an individual 13 |

48 | 48 | | 303(a) of such Act (42 U.S.C. 503(a)), as amended 16 |

50 | 50 | | the end the following new paragraph: 18 |

51 | 51 | | ‘‘(14) A method by which a person with whom 19 |

52 | 52 | | a claimant is seeking employment may voluntarily 20 |

53 | 53 | | report to the State the failure of a claimant to com-21 |

72 | 72 | | increasing the number of random audits under the 11 |
---|
73 | 73 | | Benefit Accuracy Measurement program (or any 12 |

74 | 74 | | successor audit program) will improve the adminis-13 |
---|
75 | 75 | | tration of State unemployment compensation laws, 14 |

76 | 76 | | the Secretary shall prescribe regulations to increase 15 |
---|
77 | 77 | | the number of such audits in accordance with such 16 |
---|
