EXPEDITED ACCESS TO CERTAIN MILITARY INSTAL-1 LATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE 2 FOR MEMBERS OF CONGRESS AND CERTAIN 3 CONGRESSIONAL EMPLOYEES. 4 Chapter 159 of title 10, United States Code, is 5 amended by adding at the end the following new section: 6 ‘‘§ 2698.
