2121 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Protecting our Com-4
2222 munities from Sexual Predators Act’’. 5
2323 SEC. 2. DETENTION OF CERTAIN ALIENS WHO COMMIT SEX-6
2424 UAL ASSAULT. 7
2525 Section 236(c)(1) of the Immigration and Nationality 8
2626 Act (8 U.S.C. 1226(c)(1)) is amended— 9

4848 NADMISSIBILITY.— Section 212(a)(2) of the Im-18
4949 migration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1182(a)(2)) is 19
5050 amended by adding at the end the following: 20

5252 EXUAL ASSAULT.—Any alien who 21
5353 has been convicted of, who admits having com-22
5454 mitted, or who admits committing acts which 23
5555 constitute the essential elements of, any offense 24
