| 43 | 43 | | International Center shall be the management entity for 11 |

| 46 | 46 | | GREEMENTS.—The Secretary of the Interior (re-13 |

| 47 | 47 | | ferred to in this section as the ‘‘Secretary’’)— 14 |

| 48 | 48 | | (1) may provide technical assistance and enter 15 |
|---|
| 49 | 49 | | into cooperative agreements with the management 16 |
|---|
| 50 | 50 | | entity for the purpose of providing financial assist-17 |
|---|
| 51 | 51 | | ance for the marketing, marking, interpretation, and 18 |
|---|
| 52 | 52 | | preservation of the affiliated area; and 19 |
|---|
| 53 | 53 | | (2) shall enter into an agreement with the man-20 |

| 54 | 54 | | agement entity that delineates the roles and respon-21 |
|---|
| 55 | 55 | | sibilities for the management of the area consistent 22 |
|---|
| 56 | 56 | | with the policies and standards that apply to units 23 |
