To prohibit Federal funds from being made available to
entities that refuse to provide treatment based on
COVID–19 vaccination status.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘COVID–19 Vaccina-4
tion Non-Discrimination Act’’. 5

SEC. 2. PROHIBITION ON FEDERAL FUNDS FOR ENTITIES 1
THAT REFUSE TO PROVIDE TREATMENT 2
BASED ON COVID–19 VACCINATION STATUS. 3
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no funds 4
authorized or appropriated by Federal law, and none of 5
the funds in any trust fund to which funds are authorized 6
or appropriated by Federal law, including funds provided 7
under titles XVIII, XIX, and XXI of the Social Security 8
Act (42 U.S.C. 1395 et seq.; 1396 et seq.; and 1397aa 9
et seq., respectively) shall be made available to a facility 10
that refuses to provide treatment to an individual based 11
on the COVID–19 vaccination status of such individual. 12
