36 | 36 | | grams is scheduled to expire, the Postal Service shall pro-10 |

37 | 37 | | vide a written proposal to the supervisors’ organization for 11 |
---|
38 | 38 | | any changes in pay policies and schedules and fringe ben-12 |
---|
39 | 39 | | efit programs for members of the supervisors’ organization 13 |
---|
40 | 40 | | for a covered period. 14 |
---|
41 | 41 | | ‘‘(2) Not later than 60 days after the date an agree-15 |
---|
42 | 42 | | ment is reached on a collective bargaining agreement be-16 |
---|
43 | 43 | | tween the Postal Service and a bargaining representative 17 |
---|
44 | 44 | | recognized under section 1203 that affects any matter (in-18 |
---|
45 | 45 | | cluding the supervisory differential) concerning supervisor 19 |
---|
46 | 46 | | and manager pay policies and schedules and fringe benefit 20 |
---|
47 | 47 | | programs, the Postal Service shall provide a written pro-21 |
---|
48 | 48 | | posal regarding the matters so affected to the supervisors’ 22 |
---|
49 | 49 | | organization for any changes in pay policies and schedules 23 |
---|
50 | 50 | | and fringe benefit programs covering members of the su-24 |
---|
51 | 51 | | pervisors’ organization. 25 |
