47-NGENERAL.—The Administrator of the Small 10
48-Business Administration, in consultation with the Chair 11
49-of the National Council on Disability, shall— 12
50-(1) provide assistance to individuals with dis-13
51-abilities who desire to become entrepreneurs or to be 14
52-self-employed; 15
53-(2) help individuals with disabilities find em-16
54-ployment at small business concerns (as defined 17
55-under section 3 of the Small Business Act (15 18
56-U.S.C. 632)); 19
57-(3) assist small business concerns with hiring 20
58-individuals with disabilities and with accessibility 21
59-issues applicable to individuals with disabilities. 22

49+MENT.—The Administrator, in consultation with the 18
50+Chair, shall carry out and coordinate the activities de-19
51+scribed in subsection (a) by entering into one or more 20
52+memoranda of understanding or other appropriate agree-21
53+ments. 22

71-UTREACH AND EDUCATION.—In carrying out 4
72-the activities described in subsection (a), the Adminis-5
73-trator, in consultation with the Chair, shall conduct out-6
74-reach and education about such activities. 7

76-EPORT.—Not later than two years after the date 8
77-of the enactment of this Act, the Administrator, in con-9
78-sultation with the Chair, shall submit to Congress a report 10
79-on activities carried out pursuant to any memorandum or 11
80-agreement described in subsection (b) that includes the 12
81-following: 13
82-(1) A description of how the Administrator, in 14
83-consultation with the Chair, carried out such activi-15
84-ties. 16
85-(2) An analysis of opportunities to expand the 17
86-technical capabilities of the Small Business Adminis-18
87-tration in carrying out such activities. 19
88-(3) A description of achievements under any 20
89-such memorandum or agreement. 21
90-(4) A description of the plans of the Adminis-22
91-trator, in consultation with the Chair, to continue 23
92-activities to expand employment opportunities for in-24
93-dividuals with disabilities. 25
