DISCLOSURE ON DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION 1 WEBSITE. 2 (a) I NGENERAL.—The Secretary of Education (act-3 ing through the Office of Federal Student Aid) shall— 4 (1) not later than 60 days after the date of en-5 actment of this Act, publish on the public website of 6 the Office of Federal Student Aid of the Department 7 of Education information on— 8 (A) career and technical education pro-9 grams, including average completion time, pro-10 gram cost, and post-graduation employment 11 rate; and 12 (B) opportunities in each State— 13 (i) to pursue such programs; and 14 (ii) for funding to pursue such pro-15 grams under the Carl D. Perkins Career 16 and Technical Education Act of 2006 (20 17 U.S.C. 2301 et seq.); and 18 (2) continuously update and maintain the infor-19 mation published under paragraph (1) to ensure 20 that such information continues to be relevant. 21 (b) D EFINITIONS.—In this section, the terms ‘‘career 22 and technical education’’ and ‘‘State’’ have the meanings 23 given the terms in section 3 of the Carl D. DISCLOSURE ON FAFSA APPLICATION. 1 Section 494(a)(1)(A) of the Higher Education Act of 2 1965 (20 U.S.C. 1098h(a)(1)(A)) is amended— 3 (1) in clause (i)(II), by striking ‘‘and’’ at the 4 end; 5 (2) in clause (ii), by adding ‘‘and’’ at the end; 6 and 7 (3) by adding at the end the following: 8 ‘‘(iii) career and technical education 9 programs (as defined in section 3 of the 10 Carl D.
