| 42 | 42 | | United States (in this Act, referred to as the 13 |

| 43 | 43 | | ‘‘HTS’’), including— 14 |
|---|
| 44 | 44 | | (A) palladium; 15 |
|---|
| 45 | 45 | | (B) braggite; 16 |
|---|
| 46 | 46 | | (C) rhodium; and 17 |
|---|
| 47 | 47 | | (D) ruthenium. 18 |

| 48 | 48 | | (2) Nickel classified under heading 2604 of the 19 |
