To provide for expedited removal of certain illegal aliens.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Sending Evading Non- 4
Documented Threats Home Especially Migrants Biden 5
Accepted Carelessly and Knowingly Act of 2025’’ or the 6
‘‘SEND THEM BACK Act of 2025’’. 7
SEC. 2. EXPEDITED REMOVAL OF CERTAIN ILLEGAL 8
ALIENS. 9
(a) I
NGENERAL.—Notwithstanding any other provi-10
sion of law, an alien who entered the United States ille-11

expedited removal, even if such alien indicated an inten-2
tion to apply for asylum or a fear of persecution. 3
(b) E
XCEPTION.—Subsection (a) shall not apply to 4
any alien who is currently a member of the Armed Forces 5
of the United States as of January 1, 2025. 6
