| 36 | 36 | | gun if the individual reasonably believes that such aircraft 6 |

| 37 | 37 | | is flying not more than 200 feet above property owned 7 |

| 40 | 40 | | ETURN OFAIRCRAFT.—An individual may, but 9 |

| 41 | 41 | | shall not be required to, return an unmanned aircraft shot 10 |

| 42 | 42 | | down under subsection (a) to the owner of such aircraft 11 |

| 43 | 43 | | upon request by such owner. 12 |

| 45 | 45 | | EPORTING.—Not later than 60 days after an 13 |

| 46 | 46 | | event in which an individual shoots an unmanned aircraft 14 |

| 47 | 47 | | under subsection (a) and is able to identify the registra-15 |

| 48 | 48 | | tion number of such aircraft, the individual shall report 16 |
|---|
| 49 | 49 | | to the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administra-17 |
|---|

|---|
| 51 | 51 | | ‘‘(1) the address at which such event occurred; 19 |
