1616 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
1717 SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
1818 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Pay Our Troops Act 4
1919 of 2025’’. 5
2020 SEC. 2. CONTINUING APPROPRIATIONS FOR MEMBERS OF 6
2121 THE ARMED FORCES. 7
2222 (a) I
2323 NGENERAL.—There are hereby appropriated for 8
2424 fiscal year 2025, out of any money in the Treasury not 9
2525 otherwise appropriated, for any period during which in-10

2929 terim or full-year appropriations for fiscal year 2025 are 1
3030 not in effect— 2
3131 (1) such sums as are necessary to provide pay 3
3232 and allowances to members of the Armed Forces (as 4
3333 defined in section 101(a)(4) of title 10, United 5
3434 States Code), including reserve components thereof, 6
3535 who perform active service during such period; 7
3636 (2) such sums as are necessary to provide pay 8
3737 and allowances to the civilian personnel of the De-9
3838 partment of Defense (and the Department of Home-10
3939 land Security in the case of the Coast Guard) whom 11
4040 the Secretary concerned determines are providing 12
4141 support to members of the Armed Forces described 13
4242 in paragraph (1); and 14
4343 (3) such sums as are necessary to provide pay 15
4444 and allowances to contractors of the Department of 16
4545 Defense (and the Department of Homeland Security 17
4646 in the case of the Coast Guard) whom the Secretary 18
4747 concerned determines are providing support to mem-19
4848 bers of the Armed Forces described in paragraph 20
4949 (1). 21

5151 ECRETARYCONCERNEDDEFINED.—In this sec-22
5252 tion, the term ‘‘Secretary concerned’’ means— 23
5353 (1) the Secretary of Defense with respect to 24
5454 matters concerning the Department of Defense; and 25

6060 SEC. 3. TERMINATION. 3
6161 Appropriations and funds made available and author-4
6262 ity granted pursuant to this Act shall be available until 5
6363 whichever of the following first occurs: 6
6464 (1) The enactment into law of an appropriation 7
6565 (including a continuing appropriation) for any pur-8
6666 pose for which amounts are made available in sec-9
6767 tion 2. 10
6868 (2) The enactment into law of the applicable 11
6969 regular or continuing appropriations resolution or 12
7070 other Act without any appropriation for such pur-13
7171 pose. 14
7272 (3) January 1, 2026. 15
