| 47 | 47 | | tion sessions for entities seeking such grants. Each such 19 |

| 49 | 49 | | ‘‘(i) last for at least one hour; 21 |
|---|
| 50 | 50 | | ‘‘(ii) include the opportunity for participants to 22 |
|---|
| 51 | 51 | | ask questions about the grant application process; 23 |

| 52 | 52 | | ‘‘(iii) include an explanation of the specific lan-24 |
