4848 increase (rounded to the nearest dollar) in the amounts 18
4949 payable under subsections (c)(1)(B)(iv)(I), (e)(2)(B)(i), 19
5050 and (g)(3)(A)(iii), equal to the percentage by which— 20
5151 ‘‘(1) the Consumer Price Index for all urban 21
5252 consumers (U.S. city average) for the 12-month pe-22
5353 riod ending on the June 30 preceding the beginning 23
