109109 government, metropolitan planning or-16
110110 ganization, or regional transportation 17

112112 safety plan described in subparagraph 19
113113 (B), as addressing 1 or more areas of 20
114114 high risk to vulnerable road users 21
115115 during the consultation process re-22
116116 quired under paragraph (xx)(B) and 23
117117 through a planning process and data- 24
