78	78	tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
79	79	SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
80	80	This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Stop Comstock Act’’. 4
81	81	SEC. 2. OBSCENE MATERIALS. 5
82	82	(a) T
83	83	ITLE18.—Part I of title 18, United States 6
84	84	Code, is amended— 7
85	85	(1) in section 552— 8
86	86	(A) by striking ‘‘or indecent’’; and 9
87	87	(B) by striking ‘‘or means for procuring 10
88	88	abortion, or other articles of indecent or im-11
89	89	moral use or tendency,’’; 12
90	90	(2) in section 1461— 13
91	91	(A) by striking ‘‘Every obscene, lewd, las-14
92	92	civious’’ and all that follows through ‘‘Is de-15
93	93	clared’’ and inserting ‘‘All obscene materials are 16
94	94	declared’’; 17
