2929 NGENERAL.—Section 306(a)(22)(A) of the Con-5
3030 solidated Farm and Rural Development Act (7 U.S.C. 6
3131 1926(a)(22)(A)) is amended— 7
3232 (1) by striking ‘‘and’’ at the end of clause (i); 8
3333 and 9
3434 (2) by redesignating clause (ii) as clause (iii) 10
3535 and inserting after clause (i) the following: 11
3636 ‘‘(ii) shall include cybersecurity tech-12
3737 nical assistance for rural water systems 13
3838 serving fewer than 10,000 persons, to— 14
3939 ‘‘(I) assess system efficacy in 15
4040 protecting against cyber threats; and 16
4141 ‘‘(II) implement cybersecurity 17
4242 plans, procedures, and technologies to 18
4343 protect against cyber threats; and’’. 19

4545 XTENSION OF PROGRAM.—Section 20
4646 306(a)(22)(B) of such Act (7 U.S.C. 1926(a)(22)(B)) is 21
4747 amended by striking ‘‘$25,000,000 for each of fiscal years 22
4848 2019 through 2023’’ and inserting ‘‘$32,500,000 for each 23
4949 of fiscal years 2026 through 2030, of which $7,500,000 24
5050 for each of the fiscal years shall be used to provide cyber-25
