1818 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Caza Ranches LLC 4
1919 and Department of Homeland Security Land Exchange 5

7777 N GENERAL.—Upon receiving an offer 6
7878 from the Caza Ranches LLC to convey to the Sec-7
7979 retary all right, title, and interest of the Caza 8
8080 Ranches LLC in and to the non-Federal land, the 9
8181 Secretary is authorized to accept the offer and to 10
8282 convey to Caza Ranches LLC all right, title, and in-11
8383 terest of the United States in and to the Federal 12
8484 land. 13

8686 AND TITLE.—Title to the non-Federal 14
8787 land conveyed to the Secretary under this section 15
8888 shall conform to the title approval standards of the 16
8989 Attorney General of the United States applicable to 17
9090 land acquisitions by the Federal Government. 18

9292 XCHANGETERMS ANDAPPRAISALS.— 19
9393 (1) I
9494 N GENERAL.—The exchange of Federal 20
9595 and non-Federal lands under subsection (b) shall be 21
9696 subject to the following: 22
9797 (A) Any valid existing rights as of the date 23
9898 of the enactment of this section. 24

103103 the Secretary determines appropriate to protect 2
104104 the interests of the United States, including 3
105105 with respect to any of the rights referred to in 4
106106 subparagraph (A). 5

108108 OSTS.—The costs of carrying out the ex-6
109109 change of lands under subsection (b) shall be shared 7
110110 equally by the Secretary and the Caza Ranches 8
111111 LLC. 9
112112 (3) E
113113 QUAL VALUE EXCHANGE .—The value of 10
114114 the lands exchanged under subsection (b) shall be 11
115115 deemed equal. 12
116116 (4) M
117117 EMORIALIZATION.—All terms and condi-13
118118 tions for the exchange of lands under subsection (b) 14
119119 shall be memorialized in a written exchange agree-15
120120 ment that is signed by Caza Ranches LLC and the 16
121121 Secretary. 17

123123 CQUISITION OFLAND FORTRAININGPURPOSES 18

125125 OUNDARYADJUSTMENT.—On acceptance of title to the 19
126126 non-Federal land by the Secretary— 20
127127 (1) the non-Federal land shall be added to and 21
128128 administered as part of the Centers; 22
129129 (2) the Centers shall use such land to erect 23
130130 structures in support of the Federal Law Enforce-24
131131 ment Training Centers’ training mission; and 25

135135 (3) the boundaries of the Centers shall be ad-1
136136 justed to exclude the exchanged Federal land. 2

138138 APS, ESTIMATES, ANDDESCRIPTIONS.— 3
139139 (1) M
140140 INOR ERRORS.—The Secretary and the 4
141141 Caza Ranches LLC may, by mutual agreement, 5
142142 carry out the following: 6
143143 (A) Make minor boundary adjustments to 7
144144 the Federal and non-Federal lands involved in 8
145145 the exchange under this section. 9
146146 (B) Correct any minor errors in the Map 10
147147 or any other map, acreage estimate, or legal de-11
148148 scription of any such lands. 12
149149 (2) C
150150 ONFLICT.—If there is a conflict between a 13
151151 map, an acreage estimate, or a legal description of 14
152152 the lands involved in the exchange under this sec-15
153153 tion, the Map shall control unless the Secretary and 16
154154 the Caza Ranches LLC mutually agree otherwise. 17
155155 (3) A
156156 VAILABILITY.—The Secretary shall file 18
157157 and make available for public inspection in the New 19
158158 Mexico headquarters of the Department of Home-20
159159 land Security a copy of the Map and any other map 21
160160 referred to in this section. 22
