39 | 39 | | SEC. 3. GSA FEDERAL FLEET PILOT PROGRAM. 12 |

41 | 41 | | STABLISHMENT.—Not later than 60 days after 13 |
---|
42 | 42 | | the date of the enactment of this Act, the Administrator 14 |
---|
43 | 43 | | shall establish a pilot program that does the following: 15 |
---|
44 | 44 | | (1) In accordance with this section, allows cov-16 |
---|
45 | 45 | | ered small businesses to purchase vehicles through 17 |
---|
46 | 46 | | the Federal supply schedules of the General Services 18 |
---|
47 | 47 | | Administration. 19 |

48 | 48 | | (2) Provides the access described in paragraph 20 |

49 | 49 | | (1) at cost and from the same selection pool as an 21 |
---|
50 | 50 | | eligible entity under any of the following: 22 |

69 | 69 | | motor vehicle purchased through the program to 13 |

70 | 70 | | provide ground transportation service for not less 14 |
---|
71 | 71 | | than two years after the purchase of the motor vehi-15 |

72 | 72 | | cle unless the motor vehicle becomes unable to oper-16 |
---|
73 | 73 | | ate during that period. 17 |

74 | 74 | | (2) If the covered small business sells any such 18 |
---|
75 | 75 | | motor vehicle before the end of the two-year period, 19 |
---|
76 | 76 | | the operator shall reimburse the Administrator in 20 |
---|
77 | 77 | | the amount that is the difference between the open 21 |
---|
78 | 78 | | market value of the motor vehicle and the amount 22 |
---|
79 | 79 | | the operator paid to the Administrator for the motor 23 |
