14	14	other purposes.
15	15	Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
16	16	tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
17	17	SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
18	18	This Act may be cited as the ‘‘The Adams Memorial- 4
19	19	Great American Heroes Act’’. 5
20	20	SEC. 2. EXTENSION OF AUTHORITY; LOCATION OF MEMO-6
21	21	RIAL. 7
22	22	(a) A
23	23	DAMSMEMORIALCOMMISSION.—Section 2406 8
24	24	of the John D. Dingell, Jr. Conservation, Management, 9
25	25	and Recreation Act (Public Law 116–9) is amended— 10

29	29	(1) in subsection (l), by striking ‘‘2025’’ and in-1
30	30	serting ‘‘2032’’; and 2

33	33	UTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.—Not-4
34	34	withstanding other provision of law, there are authorized 5
35	35	to be appropriated $50,000,000 to carry out the purposes 6
36	36	of this section, subject to the following limitations: 7
37	37	‘‘(1) N
38	38	ON-FEDERAL MATCH REQUIREMENT .— 8
39	39	Any Federal funds made available under this section 9
40	40	shall be matched on a 1-to-1 basis by non-Federal 10
41	41	contributions. 11
42	42	‘‘(2) L
43	43	IMITATION ON ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS .— 12
44	44	Not more than 4 percent of Federal funds made 13
45	45	available under this section may be used for admin-14
46	46	istrative expenses.’’. 15

52	52	(1) by striking ‘‘The establishment’’ and insert-20
53	53	ing ‘‘Notwithstanding section 8908(c) of title 40, 21
54	54	United States Code, the establishment’’; and 22
55	55	(2) by striking ‘‘2025’’ and inserting ‘‘2032’’. 23

57	57	OCATION OFCOMMEMORATIVE WORK.—Section 24
58	58	2 of Public Law 107–315 (116 Stat. 2763) is amended— 25
