| 45 | 45 | | (1) eliminate, consolidate, or otherwise restruc-15 |

| 46 | 46 | | ture any office within the Department of Education 16 |
|---|
| 47 | 47 | | that administers or enforces programs under the In-17 |

| 48 | 48 | | dividuals with Disabilities Education Act (20 U.S.C. 18 |

|---|
| 50 | 50 | | (2) terminate, reassign, or alter the responsibil-20 |

| 51 | 51 | | ities of any personnel of any such office; or 21 |
