3333 Section 1904(a)(1) of the Public Health Service Act 6
3434 (42 U.S.C. 300w–3(a)(1)) is amended— 7
3535 (1) by redesignating subparagraphs (F) and 8
3636 (G) as (I) and (J), respectively; 9
3737 (2) By inserting after subparagraph (E) the fol-10
3838 lowing: 11
3939 ‘‘(F) Purchasing naloxone or other opioid antagonists 12
4040 for use in educational institutions. 13
4141 ‘‘(G) Providing training to school nurses, teachers, 14
4242 school administrators, and school resource officers on how 15
4343 to administer naloxone or other opioid antagonists. 16
4444 ‘‘(H) Providing fentanyl awareness classes or mate-17
4545 rials to students.’’; and 18
4646 (3) in each of subparagraphs (I) and (J), as re-19
4747 designated by paragraph (1), by striking ‘‘(A) 20
4848 through (F)’’ and inserting ‘‘(A) through (H)’’. 21
