| 19 | 19 | | This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Ensuring Opportuni-4 |

| 29 | 29 | | tablished under subsection (a) shall apply to a pro-2 |

| 30 | 30 | | vider that delivers training services exclusively on-3 |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | line. If a participant chooses a provider that delivers 4 |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | training services exclusively online and is not located 5 |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | in the State of the local area that approved such 6 |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | training services for the participant in accordance 7 |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | with section 134(c)(3)(A)(i), such provider shall be 8 |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | ineligible to receive payment for such participant 9 |
|---|
| 37 | 37 | | from funds allotted to such State under section 132 10 |
|---|
| 38 | 38 | | unless such provider is on the list of eligible pro-11 |
|---|
| 39 | 39 | | viders of training services described in subsection (d) 12 |
|---|
| 40 | 40 | | for such State with respect to the program in-13 |
