18	18	of 2002 to improve assistance to community wood facili-
19	19	ties, and for other purposes.
20	20	Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
21	21	tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
22	22	SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
23	23	This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Community Wood Fa-4
24	24	cilities Assistance Act of 2025’’. 5
25	25	SEC. 2. COMMUNITY WOOD FACILITIES GRANT PROGRAM. 6
26	26	Section 9013 of the Farm Security and Rural Invest-7
27	27	ment Act of 2002 (7 U.S.C. 8113) is amended— 8
