To amend the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act
of 2002 to improve assistance to community wood facili-
ties, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Community Wood Fa-4
cilities Assistance Act of 2025’’. 5
SEC. 2. COMMUNITY WOOD FACILITIES GRANT PROGRAM. 6
Section 9013 of the Farm Security and Rural Invest-7
ment Act of 2002 (7 U.S.C. 8113) is amended— 8
