27	27	tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
28	28	SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
29	29	This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Iranian Terror Preven-4
30	30	tion Act’’. 5

36	36	ESIGNATION ASFTO.—Not later than 90 days 2
37	37	after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary 3
38	38	of State shall designate as a foreign terrorist organization 4
39	39	pursuant to section 219(a) of the Immigration and Na-5
40	40	tionality Act (8 U.S.C. 1189(a)) each of the following: 6
41	41	(1) Abu Fadl al-Abbas Brigades. 7
42	42	(2) Badr Organization. 8
43	43	(3) Fatemiyoun Brigade. 9
44	44	(4) Harakat Hezbollah al-Nujaba. 10
45	45	(5) Kata’ib al-Imam Ali. 11
46	46	(6) Kata’ib Jund al-Imam. 12
47	47	(7) Kata’ib Sayyad al Shuhada. 13
48	48	(8) Sarayya al-Jihad. 14

81	81	N GENERAL.—Not later than 60 days after 16
82	82	the date of the enactment of this Act, the President 17
83	83	shall determine whether to impose the sanctions de-18
84	84	scribed in paragraph (3) on any organization listed 19
85	85	under paragraph (2) or any entity or organization 20
86	86	that is an agent, affiliate, or instrumentality, or 21
87	87	owned or controlled by an agent, affiliate, or instru-22
88	88	mentality of an organization listed in paragraph (2). 23

123	123	scribed in this subsection are sanctions applicable 3
124	124	with respect to a foreign person pursuant to Execu-4
125	125	tive Order 13224 (50 U.S.C. 1701 note; relating to 5
126	126	blocking property and prohibiting transactions with 6
127	127	persons who commit, threaten to commit, or support 7
128	128	terrorism). 8

132	132	ECRETARY OF STATE REPORT .—Not later 10
133	133	than 180 days after the date of enactment of this 11
134	134	Act, and every 180 days thereafter, the Secretary of 12
135	135	State, in consultation with the Secretary of Com-13
136	136	merce, shall submit to Congress a report on any new 14
137	137	entities meeting the requirements for— 15
138	138	(A) designation as a foreign terrorist orga-16
139	139	nization; or 17
140	140	(B) imposition of sanctions with respect to 18
141	141	a foreign person pursuant to Executive Order 19
142	142	13224 (50 U.S.C. 1701 note; relating to block-20
143	143	ing property and prohibiting transactions with 21
144	144	persons who commit, threaten to commit, or 22
145	145	support terrorism). 23

147	147	RESIDENTIAL REPORT .—The President 24
148	148	shall submit to Congress a report not later than 60 25
