22 | 22 | | Transparency Act of 2025’’. 5 |

23 | 23 | | SEC. 2. LIST OF APPROVED MEDICATIONS. 6 |

37 | 37 | | EQUIREMENTS.—The list required under sub-7 |

38 | 38 | | section (a) shall— 8 |

39 | 39 | | (1) be drafted in consultation with— 9 |
---|
40 | 40 | | (A) the Aeromedical Innovation and Mod-10 |
---|
41 | 41 | | ernization Working Group; 11 |
---|
42 | 42 | | (B) the certified exclusive bargaining rep-12 |
---|
43 | 43 | | resentatives of air traffic controllers of the Ad-13 |
---|
44 | 44 | | ministration certified under section 7111 of 14 |
---|
45 | 45 | | title 5, United States Code; 15 |
---|
46 | 46 | | (C) the principal organization representing 16 |
---|
47 | 47 | | the largest certified collective bargaining rep-17 |
---|
48 | 48 | | resentative of airline pilots; and 18 |
---|
49 | 49 | | (D) any other stakeholder determined rel-19 |
---|
50 | 50 | | evant by the task group, including any stake-20 |
---|
51 | 51 | | holders described in section 411(d)(3)(B) of the 21 |
---|
52 | 52 | | FAA Reauthorization Act of 2024; 22 |

53 | 53 | | (2) be comprehensive; 23 |
---|
54 | 54 | | (3) be drafted in a user-friendly and accessible 24 |
---|
55 | 55 | | manner and provided to airmen at the time when 25 |

64 | 64 | | (5) include the list of medications that the Ad-6 |

65 | 65 | | ministrator has designated as ‘‘Do Not Issue’’; 7 |
---|
66 | 66 | | (6) include a mechanism for doctors or medical 8 |
---|
67 | 67 | | providers to contact the Federal Aviation Adminis-9 |
---|
68 | 68 | | tration regarding questions related to such list; 10 |
---|
69 | 69 | | (7) include any additional information that the 11 |
---|
70 | 70 | | Administrator determines is appropriate to provide 12 |
---|
71 | 71 | | with respect to what conditions a certain medication 13 |
---|
72 | 72 | | may or may not be used to treat and any informa-14 |
---|
73 | 73 | | tion to explain why a medication is allowed or pro-15 |
---|
74 | 74 | | hibited by the Federal Aviation Administration; and 16 |
---|
75 | 75 | | (8) include any other information or clarifica-17 |
---|
76 | 76 | | tion that the Administrator determines appropriate. 18 |

78 | 78 | | NNUALUPDATE.—Not later than 1 year after 19 |

79 | 79 | | the date of publication of the list required under sub-20 |
