2626 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Delete DOGE Act’’. 4

3333 (1) COVERED ENTITY.—The term ‘‘covered en-1
3434 tity’’ means— 2
3535 (A) the United States DOGE Service 3
3636 (commonly referred to as the ‘‘Department of 4
3737 Government Efficiency’’ or ‘‘DOGE’’); 5
3838 (B) the DOGE Service Temporary Organi-6
3939 zation; 7
4040 (C) a DOGE Team, as defined in any cov-8
4141 ered executive order; 9
4242 (D) any entity established in accordance 10
4343 with, or to implement, any covered executive 11
4444 order; or 12
4545 (E) any successor entity of an entity de-13
4646 scribed in subparagraph (A) through (D). 14

4848 OVERED EXECUTIVE ORDER .—The term 15
4949 ‘‘covered executive order’’ means— 16
5050 (A) Executive Order 14158 (90 Fed. Reg. 17
5151 8441; relating to establishing and implementing 18
5252 the President’s ‘‘Department of Government 19
5353 Efficiency’’); 20
5454 (B) Executive Order 14210 (90 Fed. Reg. 21
5555 9669; related to implementing the President’s 22
5656 ‘‘Department of Government Efficiency’’ work-23
5757 force optimization initiative); 24

7171 OVERED INDIVIDUAL.—The term ‘‘covered 10
7272 individual’’ means any individual associated with a 11
7373 covered entity on or after January 20, 2025, includ-12
7474 ing an officer, employee, expert, consultant, con-13
7575 tractor, volunteer, or any other individual regardless 14
7676 of title or compensation, that is of, within, or pro-15
7777 viding services for a covered entity, or has at any 16
7878 point headed or controlled a covered entity. 17

8181 (1) E
8282 XECUTIVE ORDER .—No Federal funds 19
8383 may be used to implement, administer, or enforce a 20
8484 covered executive order. 21
8585 (2) USDS.— 22
8686 (A) Except as provided for in subpara-23
8787 graph (B), Federal funds made available for the 24
8888 United States Digital Service shall only be obli-25

9292 gated, expended, transferred, or otherwise made 1
9393 available for the purposes of improving existing 2
9494 digital service delivery across the Federal Gov-3
9595 ernment in the same manner as it was provided 4
9696 on January 19, 2025. 5
9797 (B) No Federal funds may be obligated, 6
9898 expended, transferred, or otherwise made avail-7
9999 able for any project or initiative initiated by a 8
100100 covered entity on or after January 20, 2025. 9
101101 (3) DOGE
102102 ENTITIES.—Except as provided for 10
103103 in paragraph (2), no Federal funds may be obli-11
104104 gated, expended, transferred, or otherwise made 12
105105 available to a covered entity. 13
106106 (4) DOGE-
107107 AFFILIATED INDIVIDUALS.— 14
108108 (A) No Federal funds may be used by a 15
109109 covered individual, including the use of equip-16
110110 ment or devices purchased or maintained using 17
111111 Federal funds. 18
112112 (B) No Federal funds may be used to im-19
113113 plement, administer, or enforce an order or di-20
114114 rective, or a recommendation under the color of 21
115115 government office or employment, from a cov-22
116116 ered individual. 23
