21	21	To prohibit the use of, and rescind, Federal funds for United
22	22	States DOGE Service, and for other purposes.
23	23	Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
24	24	tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
25	25	SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
26	26	This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Delete DOGE Act’’. 4
27	27	SEC. 2. DEFUNDING DOGE. 5

29	29	EFINITIONS.— 6

33	33	(1) COVERED ENTITY.—The term ‘‘covered en-1
34	34	tity’’ means— 2
35	35	(A) the United States DOGE Service 3
36	36	(commonly referred to as the ‘‘Department of 4
37	37	Government Efficiency’’ or ‘‘DOGE’’); 5
38	38	(B) the DOGE Service Temporary Organi-6
39	39	zation; 7
40	40	(C) a DOGE Team, as defined in any cov-8
41	41	ered executive order; 9
42	42	(D) any entity established in accordance 10
43	43	with, or to implement, any covered executive 11
44	44	order; or 12
45	45	(E) any successor entity of an entity de-13
46	46	scribed in subparagraph (A) through (D). 14

48	48	OVERED EXECUTIVE ORDER .—The term 15
49	49	‘‘covered executive order’’ means— 16
50	50	(A) Executive Order 14158 (90 Fed. Reg. 17
51	51	8441; relating to establishing and implementing 18
52	52	the President’s ‘‘Department of Government 19
53	53	Efficiency’’); 20
54	54	(B) Executive Order 14210 (90 Fed. Reg. 21
55	55	9669; related to implementing the President’s 22
56	56	‘‘Department of Government Efficiency’’ work-23
57	57	force optimization initiative); 24

61	61	(C) Executive Order 14222 (90 Fed. Reg. 1
62	62	11095; related to implementing the President’s 2
63	63	‘‘Department of Government Efficiency’’ cost 3
64	64	efficiency initiative); or 4
65	65	(D) any successor executive order of the 5
66	66	executive orders described in subparagraphs (A) 6
67	67	through (C), establishing such Department or 7
68	68	successor entities, or implementing any initia-8
69	69	tive of such Department or successor entities. 9

71	71	OVERED INDIVIDUAL.—The term ‘‘covered 10
72	72	individual’’ means any individual associated with a 11
73	73	covered entity on or after January 20, 2025, includ-12
74	74	ing an officer, employee, expert, consultant, con-13
75	75	tractor, volunteer, or any other individual regardless 14
76	76	of title or compensation, that is of, within, or pro-15
77	77	viding services for a covered entity, or has at any 16
78	78	point headed or controlled a covered entity. 17

80	80	IMITATION.— 18
81	81	(1) E
82	82	XECUTIVE ORDER .—No Federal funds 19
83	83	may be used to implement, administer, or enforce a 20
84	84	covered executive order. 21
85	85	(2) USDS.— 22
86	86	(A) Except as provided for in subpara-23
87	87	graph (B), Federal funds made available for the 24
88	88	United States Digital Service shall only be obli-25

92	92	gated, expended, transferred, or otherwise made 1
93	93	available for the purposes of improving existing 2
94	94	digital service delivery across the Federal Gov-3
95	95	ernment in the same manner as it was provided 4
96	96	on January 19, 2025. 5
97	97	(B) No Federal funds may be obligated, 6
98	98	expended, transferred, or otherwise made avail-7
99	99	able for any project or initiative initiated by a 8
100	100	covered entity on or after January 20, 2025. 9
101	101	(3) DOGE
102	102	ENTITIES.—Except as provided for 10
103	103	in paragraph (2), no Federal funds may be obli-11
104	104	gated, expended, transferred, or otherwise made 12
105	105	available to a covered entity. 13
106	106	(4) DOGE-
107	107	AFFILIATED INDIVIDUALS.— 14
108	108	(A) No Federal funds may be used by a 15
109	109	covered individual, including the use of equip-16
110	110	ment or devices purchased or maintained using 17
111	111	Federal funds. 18
112	112	(B) No Federal funds may be used to im-19
113	113	plement, administer, or enforce an order or di-20
114	114	rective, or a recommendation under the color of 21
115	115	government office or employment, from a cov-22
116	116	ered individual. 23
