A BILL 
To prohibit the use of, and rescind, Federal funds for United 
States DOGE Service, and for other purposes. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Delete DOGE Act’’. 4
SEC. 2. DEFUNDING DOGE. 5
(a) D
EFINITIONS.— 6

(1) COVERED ENTITY.—The term ‘‘covered en-1
tity’’ means— 2
(A) the United States DOGE Service 3
(commonly referred to as the ‘‘Department of 4
Government Efficiency’’ or ‘‘DOGE’’); 5
(B) the DOGE Service Temporary Organi-6
zation; 7
(C) a DOGE Team, as defined in any cov-8
ered executive order; 9
(D) any entity established in accordance 10
with, or to implement, any covered executive 11
order; or 12
(E) any successor entity of an entity de-13
scribed in subparagraph (A) through (D). 14
(2) C
OVERED EXECUTIVE ORDER .—The term 15
‘‘covered executive order’’ means— 16
(A) Executive Order 14158 (90 Fed. Reg. 17
8441; relating to establishing and implementing 18
the President’s ‘‘Department of Government 19
Efficiency’’); 20
(B) Executive Order 14210 (90 Fed. Reg. 21
9669; related to implementing the President’s 22
‘‘Department of Government Efficiency’’ work-23
force optimization initiative); 24

(C) Executive Order 14222 (90 Fed. Reg. 1
11095; related to implementing the President’s 2
‘‘Department of Government Efficiency’’ cost 3
efficiency initiative); or 4
(D) any successor executive order of the 5
executive orders described in subparagraphs (A) 6
through (C), establishing such Department or 7
successor entities, or implementing any initia-8
tive of such Department or successor entities. 9
(3) C
OVERED INDIVIDUAL.—The term ‘‘covered 10
individual’’ means any individual associated with a 11
covered entity on or after January 20, 2025, includ-12
ing an officer, employee, expert, consultant, con-13
tractor, volunteer, or any other individual regardless 14
of title or compensation, that is of, within, or pro-15
viding services for a covered entity, or has at any 16
point headed or controlled a covered entity. 17
(b) L
IMITATION.— 18
(1) E
XECUTIVE ORDER .—No Federal funds 19
may be used to implement, administer, or enforce a 20
covered executive order. 21
(2) USDS.— 22
(A) Except as provided for in subpara-23
graph (B), Federal funds made available for the 24
United States Digital Service shall only be obli-25

gated, expended, transferred, or otherwise made 1
available for the purposes of improving existing 2
digital service delivery across the Federal Gov-3
ernment in the same manner as it was provided 4
on January 19, 2025. 5
(B) No Federal funds may be obligated, 6
expended, transferred, or otherwise made avail-7
able for any project or initiative initiated by a 8
covered entity on or after January 20, 2025. 9
(3) DOGE 
ENTITIES.—Except as provided for 10
in paragraph (2), no Federal funds may be obli-11
gated, expended, transferred, or otherwise made 12
available to a covered entity. 13
(4) DOGE-
AFFILIATED INDIVIDUALS.— 14
(A) No Federal funds may be used by a 15
covered individual, including the use of equip-16
ment or devices purchased or maintained using 17
Federal funds. 18
(B) No Federal funds may be used to im-19
plement, administer, or enforce an order or di-20
rective, or a recommendation under the color of 21
government office or employment, from a cov-22
ered individual. 23
