AGE AND RESIDENTIAL REQUIREMENT. 1 Section 922(g) of title 18, United States Code, is 2 amended— 3 (1) in paragraph (8)(C)(ii), by striking ‘‘or’’ at 4 the end; 5 (2) in paragraph (9), by striking the comma at 6 the end and inserting a semicolon; and 7 (3) by inserting after paragraph (9) the fol-8 lowing: 9 ‘‘(10) who fails to meet the age requirement— 10 ‘‘(A) described in subsection (b)(1); and 11 ‘‘(B) in the person’s State of residence; or 12 ‘‘(11) who— 13 ‘‘(A) does not reside in (or if the person is 14 a corporation or other business entity, does not 15 maintain a place of business in) the State in 16 which the licensee’s place of business is located; 17 and 18 ‘‘(B) is not subject to an exception under 19 subparagraph (A) or (B) of subsection (b)(3),’’. 20 SEC. 3.
