| 33 | 33 | | under which the Secretary shall furnish, when requested, 7 |

| 34 | 34 | | an appropriate headstone or burial marker for the purpose 8 |

| 37 | 37 | | PPLICATIONS.—An individual desiring to re-10 |

| 38 | 38 | | quest a headstone or marker for the purpose of commemo-11 |
|---|
| 39 | 39 | | rating a covered veteran under such pilot program shall 12 |
|---|
| 40 | 40 | | submit to the Secretary an application in such time, in 13 |
|---|
| 41 | 41 | | such form, and containing such information and assur-14 |
|---|
| 42 | 42 | | ances as the Secretary considers appropriate. 15 |
