39 | 39 | | report detailing the rationale for any decision to re-8 |
---|
40 | 40 | | duce, replace, or outsource 1 percent or more of the 9 |
---|
41 | 41 | | workforce of the Federal Aviation Administration as 10 |
---|
42 | 42 | | well as any analysis on how such decision will impact 11 |
---|
43 | 43 | | the aviation and transportation system at large. 12 |
