1818 SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
1919 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Air Traffic Controller 4
2020 Protection Act’’ or the ‘‘ATC Protection Act’’. 5
2121 SEC. 2. REDUCTION, REPLACEMENT, OR OUTSOURCE OF 6

3636 EPORT TO CONGRESS.—Before seeking ap-5
3737 proval from Congress under paragraph (1), the Sec-6
3838 retary of Transportation shall submit to Congress a 7
3939 report detailing the rationale for any decision to re-8
4040 duce, replace, or outsource 1 percent or more of the 9
4141 workforce of the Federal Aviation Administration as 10
4242 well as any analysis on how such decision will impact 11
4343 the aviation and transportation system at large. 12

4545 ONTROL.—The Administrator of the De-13
4646 partment of Governmental Efficiency may not exercise 14
4747 control over the Federal Aviation Administration. 15

4949 RIVATIZATION.—Notwithstanding any 16
5050 other provision of law, the air traffic control system of 17
5151 the Federal Aviation Administration may not be privatized 18
5252 or outsourced from the Federal Aviation Administration. 19
