35 | 35 | | for the North Atlantic Treaty Organization since the 8 |

36 | 36 | | early 1990’s, and the North Atlantic Treaty Organi-9 |

37 | 37 | | zation has long held that Ukraine’s future includes 10 |

38 | 38 | | full membership in the alliance. 11 |

39 | 39 | | (4) Russia’s unprovoked 2022 invasion of 12 |
---|
40 | 40 | | Ukraine presents a security threat to all the North 13 |
---|
41 | 41 | | Atlantic Treaty Organization allies, including the 14 |
---|
42 | 42 | | United States. 15 |

43 | 43 | | (5) The North Atlantic Treaty Organization 16 |

44 | 44 | | supports Ukraine’s right to self-defense and its right 17 |

67 | 67 | | to Europe has up to 22 percent more greenhouse 13 |
