16	16	tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
17	17	SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
18	18	This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Union Station Redevel-4
19	19	opment Corporation Funding Eligibility Act’’ or the 5
20	20	‘‘USRC Funding Eligibility Act’’. 6

32	32	LIGIBILITY.—The Union Station Redevel-6
33	33	opment Corporation shall be eligible to receive 7
34	34	grants under the program for national infrastructure 8
35	35	investments (commonly known as the ‘‘Better Uti-9
36	36	lizing Investments to Leverage Development 10
37	37	(BUILD) grant program’’ and formerly known as 11
38	38	the ‘‘Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sus-12
39	39	tainability and Equity (RAISE) grant program’’) 13
40	40	carried out by the Department of Transportation. 14
41	41	(2) F
42	42	EDERAL SHARE.—The Federal share of a 15
43	43	grant under a program described in paragraph (1) 16
44	44	to the Union Station Redevelopment Corporation 17
45	45	shall be 100 percent. 18

48	48	ANCEGRANTS.—Section 6701 of title 49, United States 20
49	49	Code, is amended— 21
50	50	(1) in subsection (a)(2)— 22
51	51	(A) in subparagraph (G) by striking ‘‘and’’ 23
52	52	at the end; 24
53	53	(B) in subparagraph (H) by striking ‘‘(G)’’ 25
54	54	and inserting ‘‘(H)’’; 26

70	70	section (a)(2)(H) shall be 100 percent of the total 12
71	71	eligible project costs described in subsection (h).’’. 13

79	79	‘‘(14) The Union Station Redevelopment Cor-19
80	80	poration.’’; and 20
81	81	(2) in subsection (h)(2) by inserting ‘‘, except 21
82	82	that with respect to the entity described in sub-22
83	83	section (b)(14) the Federal share shall be 100 per-23
84	84	cent’’ before the period. 24
