| 41 | 41 | | Initiative to build on the work of the Agriculture Im-13 |

| 42 | 42 | | provement Act of 2018 (Public Law 115–334) is 14 |

| 44 | 44 | | (5) In addition, reauthorization will help sup-16 |

| 45 | 45 | | port a broad network of researchers, including data 17 |
|---|
| 46 | 46 | | scientists, engineers, agricultural economists, and so-18 |

| 47 | 47 | | cial scientists, and will help develop the most prom-19 |
|---|
| 48 | 48 | | ising of the new concepts generated via the seed 20 |
|---|
| 49 | 49 | | grant program into full-fledged research projects. 21 |
