CONCEALABLE FIREARMS MAILABLE. 1 (a) I NGENERAL.—Section 1715 of title 18, United 2 States Code, is repealed. 3 (b) A PPLICATION TOPENDINGPROSECUTIONS.—The 4 repeal made by this section shall apply to any cases under 5 section 1715 of title 18, United States Code, that are 6 pending on the date of enactment of this Act (including 7 on appeal). 8 (c) C LERICALAMENDMENT.—The table of sections 9 for chapter 83 of title 18, United States Code, is amended 10 by repealing item related to section 1715. 11 SEC. 3.
