2222 SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
2323 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Affordable Shipping 4
2424 for All Act’’. 5
2525 SEC. 2. PROHIBITION ON HIGHER SHIPPING FEES. 6
2626 No shipping service may exceed the shipping charge 7
2727 for the same product to and from a location in the contig-8

3636 No shipping service may exclude— 6
3737 (1) a noncontiguous area of the United States 7
3838 from its shipping polices; or 8
3939 (2) a noncontiguous area of the United States 9
4040 from shipping to its location. 10
4141 SEC. 4. EXEMPTIONS. 11
4242 Any consumer product or producer good valued at 12
4343 more than $10,000 shall be exempt from the requirements 13
4444 of this Act. 14
4545 SEC. 5. DEFINITIONS. 15

4848 ONSUMER PRODUCTS .—The term ‘‘con-17
4949 sumer products’’ means the finished commodities for 18
5050 end-user use that will go directly to the consumer. 19

5252 ONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES .—The term 20
5353 ‘‘contiguous United States’’ shall refer to the 48 21
5454 contiguous States and the District of Columbia. 22

5656 ONCONTIGUOUS AREA .—The term ‘‘non-23
5757 contiguous area’’ means any part of the United 24
5858 States not physically connected to the contiguous 25
