Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Affordable Shipping 4 for All Act’’. 5 SEC. 2. PROHIBITION ON EXCLUDING NONCONTIGUOUS 4 AREAS. 5 No shipping service may exclude— 6 (1) a noncontiguous area of the United States 7 from its shipping polices; or 8 (2) a noncontiguous area of the United States 9 from shipping to its location. 10 SEC. 4. EXEMPTIONS. 11 Any consumer product or producer good valued at 12 more than $10,000 shall be exempt from the requirements 13 of this Act. 14 SEC. 5.
