| 36 | 36 | | that receives funds under this Act may not receive a gift 10 |

|---|
| 38 | 38 | | ‘‘(1) a country that, as of such date of enact-12 |
|---|
| 39 | 39 | | ment, has provided material support to a foreign ter-13 |
|---|
| 40 | 40 | | rorist organization, as determined by the Secretary 14 |
|---|
| 41 | 41 | | of State; or 15 |
|---|
| 42 | 42 | | ‘‘(2) China, Russia, North Korea, or Iran. 16 |
