| 36 | 36 | | described in subsection (b)(1), the Secretary shall, as soon 8 |

| 37 | 37 | | as practicable thereafter, convey to the City, all right, title, 9 |

| 38 | 38 | | and interest of the United States in and to such land. 10 |

|---|
| 75 | 75 | | (3) made by quitclaim deed; and 13 |

| 77 | 77 | | tions as the Secretary determines to be appropriate 15 |
