1919 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Maintaining Academy 4
2020 Culture and Assuring Retention of Tradition, Honor, and 5
2121 Unity of the Republic Act’’ or the ‘‘MACARTHUR Act’’. 6
2222 SEC. 2. SENSE OF CONGRESS. 7
2323 It is the sense of Congress that the principles of 8
2424 ‘‘Duty, Honor, Country’’ should be— 9

3434 ment of this Act, the Secretary of the Army shall amend 7
3535 the mission statement of the United States Military Acad-8
3636 emy to include the phrase ‘‘Duty, Honor, Country’’. 9
