18	18	Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
19	19	tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
20	20	SECTION 1. REVIEW OF SANCTIONS WITH RESPECT TO 3
21	21	HONG KONG. 4

23	23	ETERMINATIONWITHRESPECT TOIMPOSITION 5
24	24	OFSANCTIONS.—Not later than 180 days after the date 6
25	25	of the enactment of this Act, the President shall submit 7
26	26	to the appropriate congressional committees a determina-8
27	27	tion, including a detailed justification, of whether any per-9

36	36	(2) Executive Order 13818 (50 U.S.C. 1701 6
37	37	note; relating to blocking the property of persons in-7
38	38	volved in serious human rights abuse or corruption); 8
39	39	(3) section 7 of the Hong Kong Human Rights 9
40	40	and Democracy Act of 2019 (22 U.S.C. 5701 note; 10
41	41	Public Law 116–76); 11
42	42	(4) section 6 of the Hong Kong Autonomy Act 12
