consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the com-
mittee concerned

To provide for a review of sanctions with respect to Hong
Kong.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. REVIEW OF SANCTIONS WITH RESPECT TO 3
HONG KONG. 4
(a) D
ETERMINATIONWITHRESPECT TOIMPOSITION 5
OFSANCTIONS.—Not later than 180 days after the date 6
of the enactment of this Act, the President shall submit 7
to the appropriate congressional committees a determina-8
tion, including a detailed justification, of whether any per-9

son listed in subsection (b) or (c) meets the criteria for 1
the imposition of sanctions pursuant to— 2
(1) section 1263(b) of the Global Magnitsky 3
Human Rights Accountability Act (22 U.S.C. 4
10102(b)); 5
(2) Executive Order 13818 (50 U.S.C. 1701 6
note; relating to blocking the property of persons in-7
volved in serious human rights abuse or corruption); 8
(3) section 7 of the Hong Kong Human Rights 9
and Democracy Act of 2019 (22 U.S.C. 5701 note; 10
Public Law 116–76); 11
(4) section 6 of the Hong Kong Autonomy Act 12
(22 U.S.C. 5701 note; Public Law 116–149); or 13
(5) Executive Order 13936 (22 U.S.C. 5701 14
note; relating to Hong Kong Normalization). 15
